The Warriors women's cross country team took part in the biggest race of the year at the 2019 U SPORTS Championship hosted by Queen's. The Warriors would finish 16th overall with Izzy Thornton-Bott (Sydney/) leading the way with a 34th place finish. Thornton-Bott ran the 8km course in a time of 29:41 while teammate Stephanie Ryall (Hamilton/Female) finished in 60th with her time of 30:27. Emma Young (London/) rounded out the top three for Waterloo with her time of 31:25.
